Update regarding the Shareholder / Investor Presentation and General Meetings

Keras Resources (AIM:KRS) regrets that, due to continuing delays in the renewal of Graham Stacey's UK visa, he will not be permitted to visit London as planned next week. The investor and shareholder presentation scheduled for the 28 July 2022 will now be held on 7 September 2022 and full details will be notified in due course.  

Under these circumstances, Graham will also be prevented from attending the AGM and General Meeting which will be held on the 25 July 2022.  Keras' Board apologises for these changes, which are outside its control.
