XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a global digital performance publisher, has been notified that on 27 June 2022, Stuart Simms, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 16,285 Ordinary Shares at 29.4 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Simms now has a total beneficial interest in 1,048,368 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.39% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Group's current share capital consists of 262,586,405 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
