Board Changes

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) today announces that Jane Wakely has informed the Board that due to increased international work commitments she will resign as a Non-Executive Director of System1 Group plc with effect from July 15th. 

Jane Wakely said: "It has been a privilege to be part of System1's exciting journey to transform predictive marketing and evolve to a data-led platform business".
