NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified yesterday that on 22 June 2022 JMG Partners SA, a person closely associated with Mr Jean-Marc Janailhac, an Executive Director of Photo-Me,  received by way of transfer from Tibergest PTE LTD, a person closely associated with Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Photo-Me, 145,555 Ordinary Shares 0.5p each of the Company for having acted as adviser in relation to the unrecommended mandatory cash offer by Tibergest PTE LTD for Photo-Me which lapsed on the 8 March 2022 (the "Transaction").

Mr Jean-Marc Janailhac is the ultimate beneficial owner of JMG Partners SA, and as a result of the above transaction, Mr Janailhac and  persons closely associated with him have an interest in 225,555  Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
