Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB) - a leading London quoted Executive Search and Interim Management firm offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition & Advisory Services - announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions tabled at the meeting were duly passed.

Resolutions 1-7 were proposed as ordinary resolutions and Resolution 8-9 were proposed as a special resolution. The votes received from shareholders on each resolution, via proxy and shareholders present at the meeting, are set out below:
