Dividend – revised dates

Following the announcement made on 7 June 2022 regarding the company's Annual General Meeting scheduled for 30 June 2022, the company announces a change in the ex-dividend and record dates in respect of the proposed 4p final dividend, which will be voted on by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

The ex-dividend date will now be 7 July 2022 and the Record date will now be 8 July 2022.

The payment date of 21 July 2022 remains unchanged.
