Senior Appointment

RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces the appointment of Jane Hyde as General Counsel and Company Secretary, effective 1 October 2022. She will join the Group Executive Team and will attend the Group's Board and Committee meetings.

Jane is currently the General Counsel and Company Secretary of De La Rue plc, overseeing all legal and corporate governance matters, business ethics and risk management. Prior to this she spent six years with FTSE 100 company Hikma Pharmaceuticals plc as Head of Corporate and European Legal. Before that, she spent ten years in investment banking leading the Investment Banking Compliance function at Nomura International and in corporate broking and transaction execution roles at JP Morgan Cazenove. Jane trained and qualified as a Solicitor in the Corporate Department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and also spent time with international law firm Taylor Wessing.
