Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces that further to the announcement of 19 May 2022, Paul Rawson, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has carried out a "Bed and ISA" transaction, having transferred a total of 117,560 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Shares") from his share dealing account into Individual Saving Accounts ("ISAs").

60,964 Shares have been transferred into Paul Rawson's personal ISA, sold at 190 pence each and subsequently purchased at 190.05 pence each. The remaining 56,596 Shares have been transferred into the ISA of his partner, Laura Streets, sold at 190 pence each and subsequently purchased at 190.06 pence each.

Following completion of the above transactions, Paul Rawson's ultimate beneficial ownership, including shares held by his partner, is unchanged and remains at 158,503 Shares in total, representing approximately 0.96 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
