Quartix Technologies plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle telematics services and driver analytics, has been notified today that Daniel Mendis, a former director of Quartix Limited and a PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 15,929 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 313 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, Mr Mendis no longer holds any Ordinary Shares of the Company.
