Directorate Change

The Company announces that earlier today the Board of PipeHawk accepted the resignation of the Group Finance Director, Soumitra ("Mithi") Pathmaranie Padmanathan, who is leaving the Company to take up a new opportunity. Mithi will remain in her position and as a member of the Board until 30 June 2022.

In the interim, PipeHawk will commence a search for a replacement Group Finance Director. A further announcement will be made in due course.
