Facilities by ADF (LSE: ADF), the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, announces that, further to its final results announcement on 26 May 2022, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ('Annual Report').

The Annual Report, and separate Notice of Annual General Meeting ('Notice of AGM'), are available on the Company's website www.facilitiesbyadf.com , and are being posted today to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy. The Company will hold its AGM at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 29 June 2022 at its head offices at 31 Oldfield Road, Bocam Park, Pencoed CF35 5LJ.
