Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2021 on 30 May 2022, Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 have today been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them, together with documentation for the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM is scheduled to be held at 10.00am on Tuesday, 28 June 2022 at The Clubhouse, Skew Bridge, Wilton Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 9NY.

It is intended that Rockhopper's management will give a short presentation at the meeting to update shareholders on progress. The Company looks forward to welcoming shareholders in person to its AGM, particularly given the constraints at the time of the 2020 and 2021 Annual General Meetings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
