Total Voting Rights

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 16,566,215 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each with voting rights.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,566,215 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company.
