Notification of Major Shareholding
30 May 2022 - QinetiQ Group plc ("QinetiQ" or "the Group") has been notified by Mr. Christopher Harborne that AML Global Ltd, an entity of which he is the sole ultimate beneficial owner and controller, has acquired 41,001,328 shares in QinetiQ representing approximately 7.08 per cent of QinetiQ's total voting rights.
