Change of Auditor

Haydale, (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to announce that following a tender process led by the Audit Committee the Board has approved the proposed appointment of Crowe UK LLP as the Company's auditor. This appointment will be recommended for approval by shareholders at the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

Grant Thornton UK LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters connected with ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

The Company is today writing to shareholders to confirm the above.  A copy of the letter will shortly be made available on the Company's website (https://www.haydale-ir.com/) for the purposes of AIM Rule 26.
