Board Changes

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) today announces that having completed nine years' service as a Non-Executive Director, Graham Blashill, Chairman, has informed the Board that he will not be seeking re-election at the Annual General Meeting later this year. At that time, Rupert Howell, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee will be appointed Chairman of System1 Group.

The Company has today appointed Philip Machray to the Board of Directors of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 27 May.

Philip started his career at Deloitte in 1992, where he qualified as a chartered accountant and became a Director in the Technology, Media and Telecoms practice. He then joined Trinity Mirror Group, where he held a number of roles including Director of Corporate Development, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of what became Reach PLC. Since 2021, Philip has been Chief Financial Officer of Merit Group PLC, a data and intelligence business, and a Non-Executive Director of Digitalbox, a mobile-first digital publisher and AIM listed company, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
