Confirmation of Board Changes

The Board of Greggs plc confirms that, following the close of its Annual General Meeting today, Roger Whiteside has stepped down as Chief Executive and as a director, and Roisin Currie has been appointed as Chief Executive.

Additionally, and as previously announced, Lynne Weedall has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
