East Imperial plc (LSE: EISB), the global purveyor of ultra-premium beverages, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and will be available in full to download from the Company's website (https://investors.eastimperial.com/) shortly.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR on Wednesday, 1 June 2022 at 10.30am.
