Close of Offer to Further Applications

The Company announces that, at noon today, it closed to further applications the Offer for Subscription for up to £40 million of B Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of B Ordinary Shares (the "Offer").

The final allotment of shares under the Offer will be held on 13 May 2022.
