Result of General Meeting

The Board of REACT (AIM: REAT), the leading specialist cleaning, hygiene and decontamination company, is pleased to announce that, further to the Close of Bookbuild and Result of Placing announcement made by the Company on 14 April 2022, at the General Meeting held earlier today, all Resolutions were duly passed.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 May 2022.

Immediately following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 966,339,358 Ordinary Shares. No shares are held in treasury and therefore there will be 966,339,358 total voting rights in the Company. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Proposed Placing and Change of Adviser announcement made by the Company on 14 April 2022, unless the context provides otherwise.
