Announcement Regarding Depositary Receipt Program
Moscow, 5 May 2022. PAO NOVATEK ("NOVATEK" and/or the "Company") announces that currently Global Depositary Receipts of the Company continue circulating outside the Russian Federation. In accordance with Federal Law No. 114-FZ "On Changes to Federal Law On Joint-Stock Companies and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", the Company has submitted its request to continue the circulation of its depositary receipts.
