Update re: 2022 Annual General Meeting

As previously announced, Tribal's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 04 May 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Due to technical issues with the voting process, the Company has become aware that shareholder votes were not received in time to count towards voting at the AGM. Tribal plans to adjourn the meeting until 11 May 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for votes to be made and received by the Company. All further votes must be received 48 hours prior to the start of the adjourned meeting. The AGM meeting will still be held at the offices of Investec, 30 Gresham St, London, EC2V 7QP (Room 618/619).
