Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Wentworth Resources (AIM: WEN), the independent, Tanzania-focused natural gas production company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website www.wentplc.com.  

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD at 10.00am BST on Wednesday 22 June 2022.  The AGM will be held as a hybrid (physical and electronic) meeting to enable the Company's shareholders to participate in person and attend the AGM. Shareholders not attending in person are able to participate remotely. This can be done by accessing the AGM section of Wentworth's website here, www.wentplc.com/investors/financial-calendar and following the link to the webcast.
