Curtis Banks (AIM: CBP), one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am on 26th May 2022 at Novotel, Victoria Street, Bristol BS1 6HY. 

We look forward to meeting shareholders in person once more. Shareholders can also submit their votes electronically, as outlined in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which is available in the Investors section of the Company's website at https://www.curtisbanks.co.uk/investors/, along with the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, which can be found at https://www.curtisbanks.co.uk/financiallibrary/.

Printed copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 have been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy.
