Bridge Loan Facility Drawdown
Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement on 27 April 2022, the Company and the ARC Fund have completed the legal documentation in respect of the ZAR25 million bridge loan facility (the "Loan") and the Loan has been drawn down in full by the Company.
