AIM Rule 17 - historic disclosure

The Company notifies disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Mark Foster, Non-Executive Director, which have been identified and that had previously been omitted in error.

Mr Foster was appointed a director of Lifestyle Access & Mobility (West London) Limited ("LAMWL") on 7 January 2005. LAMWL was subsequently placed into liquidation with a creditors' voluntary liquidator being appointed on 12 December 2008, and dissolved on 5 August 2011 with a shortfall to creditors of £252,589.60.
