4SC to host conference call on 25 March 2015 to present annual results 2014

Planegg-Martinsried, Germany, 19 March 2015 – 4SC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard: VSC), a discovery and development company of targeted small molecule drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases, will announce financial results 2014 for the 4SC Group and publish the company’s Annual Report 2014 on 25 March 2015. On this day the Management Board of 4SC AG will host a conference call at 4pm CET (11am EDT) to inform about the consolidated financial statements and important developments in the reporting period and beyond.
