4SC to present at BioEquity Europe 2006 in Frankfurt

Planegg-Martinsried, Germany, 15 May 2006 – 4SC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard: VSC), a German drug discovery and development company announced today that the company will be presenting at BioEquity Europe 2006. The conference is being held from May 22 to 23, 2006 at the Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany.

The presentation will be given by Dr Ulrich Dauer, Chief Executive Officer of 4SC AG on Tuesday, 23 May 2006 at 4 p.m. local time. Dr Dauer will give a review of the company and update the audience on current clinical and business developments.

Founded in 1997 and now with a staff of 53, the company develops novel drug candidates for inflammatory diseases and cancer using a cheminformatics based technology platform.
