Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG S&D") - a member of the 4iG Group - and JSC «National Company «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary» (hereinafter referred to as "KGS"). in order to identify potential collaboration in the field of space industry.

The non-binding Memorandum of Understanding sets up a joint working group on several domains that enhance knowledge exchange and joint actions in the fields of satellite data sharing and exploitation for Earth observation and communication data, satellite development and launching, satellite ground segment and MAIT center capabilities.

4iG Plc. is one of the largest infocommunication and technology company groups in Hungary. 4iG S&D - the subsidiary of 4iG Plc. - is engaged in satellite manufacturing, earth observation, data transmission and analysis, UAS manufacturing and counter UAS, and the development of advanced defence digitalisation systems.

The KGS is dedicated to advancing space technologies, supporting industrial progress, and ensuring the provision of cutting-edge solutions that meet both national needs and international market demands.
