Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as: "MOU") today with Emirates Telecommunications Group Company (ETISALAT GROUP) PJSC (registered seat: Sheikh Zayed 1st Street and Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; hereinafter: "e&").

The purpose of the MOU is to cooperate on planning, implementation and operation of Subsea cable projects connecting primarily Middle East, North Africa and Europe, cooperate on planning and deploying large scale Data Center developments in Albania and in Hungary, and evaluate other cooperation possibilities in the field of telecommunications and digital infrastructure.
