Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that its wholly owned subsidiary, 4iG Information Technology Private Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: HU-1037 Budapest, Montevideo utca 2/C; company registration number: 01-10- 143072; hereinafter referred to as: "4iG IT/SI"), has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as: "MOU") today with "The Administration of Technology Park of Software and IT" LLC (registered address: 100164 Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Tepamasjid street 4, Republic of Uzbekistan; hereinafter: "IT Park") from Uzbekistan.

The purpose of the MoU is to lay the foundation for business cooperation between 4iG IT/SI and IT Park, primarily in the fields of information technology, innovation, and knowledge transfer.
