4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as: "MOU") today Toshkent shahri, Mirabad tumani, Taras Sevcsenko ko'chasi, 21, 100060, Uzbekistan; hereinafter: "Perfectum") from Uzbekistan.

The purpose of the MOU is to lay the foundation for potential future cooperation between the parties, in the field of telecommunications.
