Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

On the Business Unit Acquisition Executed by One Hungary Ltd.

The 4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG") hereby informs capital market participants that on 26 July 2024 a business unit transfer and cooperation agreement was concluded between the legal predecessor of its subsidiary, One Hungary Ltd. (registered seat: 1112 Budapest, Boldizsár utca 2. ; company registration number: 01-10-044159; hereinafter: the "Company"), and Canal+ Luxembourg S. à r.l., (company registration number: B 87905, registered seat: 4 rue Albert Borschette, L-1246 Luxembourg), as well as its Hungarian subsidiaries, Eviso Magyarország Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, (company registration number: 01-09-352329, registered seat: Váci út 127. D. ép. 4. em., 1138 Budapest) and Canal+ Distribution Hungary Limited Liability Company, (company registration number: 01-09-402727, registered seat: Váci út 127. D. ép. 4. em., 1138 Budapest) (together, the "Sellers"), regarding the takeover of the Hungarian satellite customer base and the cable television distribution portfolio of Direct One (the "Business Unit") (the "Transaction").

4iG hereby informs investors that the closing actions of the Transaction have been completed yesterday.

In accordance with the agreement, the affected Business Unit shall be transferred to the Company at 23:59:59 on 30 November 2025. Thereafter, as of 1 December 2025, the services related to the activities of the Business Unit will be provided to subscribers by the Company.
