Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on signing a non-binding term sheet regarding the acquisition of 63% quota in HeliControl Kft.

4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today, 4iG's subsidiary 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; registration number: 01-10-142725; tax number: 32500640-2-41; "4iG SDT") entered into a preliminary, non-binding term sheet to acquire the quota representing 63% (sixty three percent) of the registered capital of the a rotorcraft (helicopter) maintenance service provider with a recognized presence at the regional level, HeliControl Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1095 Budapest, Lechner Ödön fasor 3.; registration number: 01-09-960023; tax number: 23321434-2-43; "HeliControl") ("Transaction").

Since its foundation in 2011, HeliControl has become a regionally recognized rotorcraft maintenance company. The firm specializes in helicopter maintenance, repairs, spare parts supply, serving Hungarian as well as Austrian, Swiss, German, Scandinavian, and other European helicopter-operators. Key milestones include performing the first domestic night-vision-compatible helicopter conversion for the National Standby Police on their rotorcraft aircraft providing border surveillance tasks, complete overhaul of the Austrian Ministry of Interior's aviation police helicopter and regularly carrying out maintenance of military aircraft. Following the successful completion of the Transaction, 4iG SDT may enter a new market – the maintenance and modernization market for rotorcraft.
