Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG PLC

on the decision of the Hungarian Competition Authority regarding the transaction aimed at acquiring the Hungarian satellite customer base of Direct One

4iG Plc. ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that in the merger clearance procedure initiated based on the notification of its indirect subsidiary, DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01-09-667975) ("DIGI") regarding the business transfer agreement concluded by DIGI on 26 July 2024, for the acquisition of the Hungarian satellite customer base of Direct One ("Transaction"), the Hungarian Competition Authority ("HCA") in its decision published today with reference number VJ/47-95/2024. determined that the merger resulting from the Transaction does not decrease the competition on the relevant market.

The decision of the HCA became final upon notification. The Transaction may be closed during Autumn 2025, following the fulfillment of further closing conditions.
