CANCELLATION OF OPTIONS

4DS Memory Limited (ASX: 4DS) ( 4DS ) ( Company ) advises that 7,500,000 Incentive Options Expiring 30 June 2020 with an exercise price of $0.05 have been cancelled.

The Options have been cancelled in accordance with the Incentive Options Terms as the holder of these options has ceased employment with the Company.
