REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, 4DS Memory Limited ( Company ) refers to the trading halt granted on 8 October 2021 and hereby requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from commencement of trading on Tuesday, 12 October 2021, pending the release of an announcement regarding a technical update ( Announcement ).

The Company requests the voluntary suspension remain in place until the Company makes the Announcement to the market, which it expects to make on or before commencement of trading on Monday, 18 October 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the request for voluntary suspension should not be granted.

This request is authorised by the Board.
