EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, 4DS Memory Limited ( Company ) hereby requests an extension of the voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from commencement of trading on Monday, 18 October 2021, pending the release of an announcement regarding a technical update ( Announcement ).

The extension of the voluntary suspension is requested until the Company makes the Announcement to the market, which is expects to make on or before commencement of trading on Monday, 25 October 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the request for voluntary suspension should not be granted.

This request is authorised by the Board.
