MARCH QUARTER REPORT

4DS Memory Limited (ASX: 4DS) ( 4DS ) (the Company ) is pleased to attach its Appendix 4C Quarterly Report for the quarter ended 31 March 2017.

In addition, as previously disclosed to the market in a presentation dated 17 March 2017, the Company continues working towards the goal of providing latency (speed) data in May 2017.
