Dear shareholder
On 17 January 2025, 4DS Memory Limited (ACN 145 590 110) (ASX: 4DS) ( 4DS or the Company ) announced to ASX Limited ( ASX ) a Share Purchase Plan ( Offer ) to 4DS shareholders resident in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Singapore at 5:00pm (AEST) on 16 January 2025 ( Eligible Shareholders ) to acquire up to a value of $30,000 new fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ( Shares ) at an issue price of $0.036 per Share, together with one free attaching option for every one Share subscribed for and issued, exercisable at $0.036 each on or before 28 February 2028.
The Company lodged a prospectus for the Offer ( Prospectus ) with ASIC and ASX on 24 January 2025. The Prospectus is available to view on the Company’s ASX platform and website at: www.4dsmemory.com. Further details regarding the Offer are available on ASX.
We are writing to you as an Eligible Shareholder on the record date, entitled to participate in the Offer. Shareholders should read the Prospectus in full prior to making an application under the Offer. Your application under the Offer must be made by making payment in accordance with the personalised payment instructions on your application form.

If you are unable to access https://investor.automic.com.au online, you can obtain a copy of the Prospectus and your application form – initially by calling Automic Group on 1300 288 664 or emailing [email protected] and asking them to mail a paper copy of the Prospectus and your application form to you free of charge. After your request has been acknowledged by Automic you will need to provide your SRN or HIN and postcode to complete this request. To accept an Offer using these paper copy documents, you will still need to make payment via BPAY® or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
The Offer closes at 5:00 pm (AEST time) on 14 February 2025.
