PLATFORM LOT UPDATE

4DS Memory Limited (ASX:4DS) ( 4DS ) (the Company ), today provides an update regarding the Third Platform Lot and testing capability upgrade.

Third Platform Lot Arrival

In the ASX announcement dated 28 July 2022, the Company stated it would provide an update on the dispatch of the Third Platform Lot from imec. The Company is pleased to announce that the Third Platform Lot has now successfully arrived at its facilities in Fremont, California.

Third Platform Lot Testing Capability

The Company has successfully adopted a new test system based on commercially available components to test the Third Platform Lot wafers.

Extensive internal testing has now commenced and the Company expects to be in position to release the results of such analysis before the end of October 2022.
