Date of AGM & Closing Date for Director Nominations
4DS Memory Limited (ASX:4DS) ( 4DS ) (the Company ), advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Conference Room, Quest Kings Park, 54 Kings Park Road, West Perth WA at 10.00 am WST on Thursday, 28 November 2024.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of Directors. In accordance with clause 15.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Thursday, 17 October 2024.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm WST on Thursday, 17 October 2024.
