Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
4DS Memory Limited (ASX:4DS) ( 4DS or the Company ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 30 November 2020. The Company will follow the measures in place as set by the Australian and West Australian governments for the restriction of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements in response to COVID-19.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 6.2(f)(ii) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday, 12 October 2020.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (Perth time) on Monday, 12 October 2020.
