¿ The only vesting condition is that the holder of the options must remain employed by 4DMedical (or one of its related entities) for a period of two and a half years from the grant date in order for those options to vest and become exercisable.

¿ Once vested those options remain exercisable by the holder for a period up to 12 months, after which time any unvested or unexercised options will then automatically lapse. ¿ The options are otherwise subject to the rules of the Long Term Incentive Plan.
