Notice of Annual General Meeting & Posting of Annual Report & Accounts

Alpha FX Group plc (AIM:AFX), a high-tech, high-touch provider of FX risk management, accounts and payments solutions to corporates and institutions internationally, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 will today be posted to shareholders, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM will also be available shortly on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (www.alphafx.co.uk/investors/financial-information/reports-and-accounts/).

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP on 5 May 2022 at 09:00 a.m. (British Summer Time).
