Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Empresaria's 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3:00pm. on Thursday 12 May 2022 at Old Church House, Sandy Lane, Crawley Down, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 4HS.

The AGM will be hosted digitally on the Investor Meet Company platform and joining instructions are set out in the Notice of Meeting. Should any shareholders wish to attend the AGM in person, or have any questions regarding the business of the AGM, they should contact companysec@empresaria.com.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.empresaria.com and have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.
