Strix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, has been notified that Mark Bartlett, the Chief Executive Officer, Raudres Wong, the Chief Financial Officer and Gary Lamb, the Chairman, have purchased 134,249, 22,200 and 44,400 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at a price of 199 pence per Ordinary Share.

Richard Sells, a Non-executive Director, has also notified Strix that he has purchased 9,894 Ordinary Shares at a price of 202 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchases, Mark, Raudres, Gary and Richard hold the following interests in the share capital of the Company.
