Confirmation of Director Appointment

Gattaca plc, the specialist Engineering and Technology recruitment solutions business, further to its announcement of 15 March 2022, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Oliver Whittaker, Group CFO, to the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Oliver's conditional appointment (being subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence by the Company's nominated adviser) was announced as part of a board succession plan which also saw Matt Wragg assume the role of Group CEO. Oliver joined Gattaca in 2017 as Group Director of Financial Planning where he has actively supported the Board and works closely with Matt. Oliver was previously UK Finance Director for Fitness First, has held roles with Serco and IBM, and is an ACA qualified accountant.

There are no disclosures regarding Oliver David Whittaker, 42, to be made for the purposes of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
