RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces that it was informed today that Lara Boro, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 2,450 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 393 pence per share.  Following this share purchase, Ms Boro has a total beneficial interest in 5,050 shares in the Company.
