Board Change

Victorian Plumbing Group plc (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading online retailer of bathroom products and accessories, announces that Kath Smith, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board that she wishes to step down from her position in order to focus on her other business interests.  The Board has accepted Kath's resignation with immediate effect.

The Board will now begin the process of recruiting a successor and will provide an update as appropriate.  In the meantime Damian Sanders, Chair of the Audit Committee, has agreed to act as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on an interim basis.
